Annual Revenue

Please notice, during 2014, we elected to change our fiscal year end from December 31 to September 30. The fiscal year was changed to better monitor the Museum’s revenue cycle and was approved by the Board of Trustees effective January 1, 2014. Our revenue, expenses, and 990 forms for 2014 reflect the nine-month period of January 1, 2014 – September 30, 2014.

Annual Expenses

How is our revenue spent? All of our expenses support our mission of connecting people to the world’s waters, because through the waters—through our shared maritime heritage —we are connected to one another. Our exhibitions, programs, and events provide new and improved opportunities to engage with our community.
